Booking Rules 
All published prices can be changed without price notice. All published prices are for individual guests. Special group prices are available upon request for the group min 10 people.

Booking confirmation will be sent to you by fax or by e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of your order excluding weekends and public holidays in Russian Federation. An invoice can be sent for the ordered services upon your request.


Visa support 

Roza Vetrov is pleased to arrange the visa support for the foreign guests when Hotel accommodation is booked through Roza Vetrov and 100% pre-payment is received. 

Visa support prices: 30 euro per pax. 



100% pre-payment for all ordered services is required at the moment of booking. If 100% pre-payment is not received 3 working days prior to arrival the reservation is canceled automatically. 


Payment can be made: 

 - by Bank transfer (we will send you the Bank details upon request) 

Roza Vetrov reserves the rights to cancel all reservations in case payment is made untimely, incompletely or incorrectly. 


Granting of services 

When pre-payment is received by Roza Vetrov the dedicated reservation manager will send you by fax or by e-mail the confirmation with reference number and details for all ordered services. 

Cancellation policy 

Cancellation without penalty can be made before 9:00 a.m. GMT 3 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation and No Show are subject to cancellation fee equal to:

 - 100% cost of the first night accommodation including breakfast 

 - 100% cost of all other services ordered for the whole period of stay (transfers, excursions, etc.) 

However, this rule doesn’t apply in the case when Roza Vetrov arranged Visa Support. In such cases penalty is taken always in spite of the date when a cancellation has been made. 

Please note, if you book hotel for a long period (min. 2 weeks) and our company provide visa support letter, in case of “NO SHOW” or “EARLY DEPARTURE” – 50% cost of the whole stay – NON REFUNDABLE


Late arrival and “NO SHOW” 

In case a client does not arrive by an appointed time to the place where services start to be granted: 

 - an order for transfer will be held for 2 hours starting from an appointed time, then it will be cancelled automatically 

 - an order for accommodation in a hotel will be held for one night, then it will be cancelled automatically 

 - an order for excursions and other additional services (guides and interprets, rent a car, etc.) will be cancelled automatically. 

In all cases of Late Arrivals and “No Show” listed above a client will be charged penalties in accordance with the chapter 5 of this Document. 



In case of early departure a client according to his written application will be refunded the money for the services, that have been ordered and not granted. In case of early departure penalties equal to 1 night accommodation and meals at the Hotel will be charged. Payment for unused transfers and excursions is not refunded. 


Prolongation of services 

All ordered services can be prolongated by Roza vetrov according to the written request sent to Roza Vetrov Head Office by fax or e-mail.
